About us

As three of Australia's most experienced and highly trained Osteopaths in the fields of pregnancy and pelvic health, Kathryn, Liz and Simone brought their expertise together to found the Osteopathic Pelvic health institute of Australia.

For the first time in Australia, pelvic health combined with internal assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor is being taught to Osteopaths. The institute offers a range of CPD courses with the perfect blend of traditional osteopathy and the latest evidenced based research.

  • I started following Eastern Osteo on facebook and the information coming out was so informative (and fun)! I knew from personal experiences that my previous treatment for pelvic floor hadn't met my expectations. Being accepted into this course has extended my skills into such an important area of healthcare, and has driven my results with clients who have low back, hip, and pelvic pain due to the knowledge and skills I learnt at the course. Kate, Liz and Simone have put so much work into compiling the most up to date research to support the information supplied, and not make it feel overwhelming. The support I have received after the course has been nothing but exceptional from all three ladies, and others on the course. It is a supportive environment (on our private fb group) where we all lift each other up to give our clients the best possible outcomes!

  • It was lovely to be present and work with like minded people to normalise pelvic health. Liz, Simone and Kate created a safe space to openly discuss pelvic health issues. Overall it was a well run course and I cannot wait for the next course.

  • I absolutely loved this course. The effort gone into preparing the content was really evident and Liz, Simone and Kathryn were so willing to share their knowledge. It has left me wanting to learn more from them. I’m so motivated to apply this knowledge to my clinical practice.
